A standard sauna only uses heat and steam. However, our sauna also uses Ozone, O3. The user also inhales 96% oxygen while in the Sauna. In the sauna, the ozone turns into ozonides upon contact with the skin and are absorbed into the body via the skin's pores. Ozonides are metabolites of ozone. They can help upregulate the immune system to fight pathogens and boost the immune system to improve the body’s ability to combat infections and diseases. The sauna is also combined with Infra-red therapy

While exercising the user inhales 96% oxygen. This saturated the red blood cells improving the Oxygen supply to the muscles and the entire body. This reduces inflammation, improves post workout recover, and cardio vascular health.

The user inhales between 8 and 14% oxygen, whereas the normal oxygen concentration of air is 21%. Generally, a low concentration of O2 is inhaled for 5 minutes, followed by 1 minute of 96% O2. this cycle is continued for 45 minutes. The body detects this hypoxic state and stimulates the increased production of red blood cells as well as increasing the size of the red blood cells allowing the blood to carry more oxygen thus increasing athletic performance or allowing mountain climber to acclimate to low oxygen when climbing very high mountains.

The user soaks in the steam to heat up the body then the user soaks in ice water between 4 and 10 degrees. the heating-cooling process stresses the body causing the secretion of dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, Nitric oxide and strengthens the cardio vascular system.
